Security at 55 Cambridge Parkway

At 55 Cambridge Parkway, safety is built into everyday operations. With card access systems and 24-hour security guard coverage, our goal is to maintain a secure environment for all tenants, employees, and guests.

General Entry Control

  • The building operates on a card access system with 24-hour security guard coverage.
  • Tenants must provide and maintain an updated Card Access List with the Property Management Office.
  • Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately so access can be deactivated.

Access During Non-Business Hours

  • Employees who forget/misplace their access card will not be granted access during non-business hours.
  • Guests are required to check in at the lobby at all times and must be listed in the Visitor Management System (Building Engines) to be admitted after hours.
